The
suggestions, needs, and contributions from the stakeholders are
extremely important to the success and the value of the project,
so a web-based survey has been developed. This tool harnesses
the collective feedback of all involved stakeholders by identifying
the most important issues, how they are related, and how they
relate to the different stakeholders. It facilitates consensus-building
in large groups through a clarification of areas of agreement
and of conflict. Further, it assists our staff in documenting
decisions and determining new directions for the project.
